Fees:

Many common services have a set rate. An hourly rate will apply for tasks not commonly performed or that are beyond what is covered in the flat rate.

We provide intellectual property services to businesses of all sizes, as well as to individual authors, artists and musicians. We also work with general practice attorneys for their clients.

Owner:

The McIlvaine Law Firm, LLC was founded by Spencer McIlvaine in 2003.  Mr. McIlvaine received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earning a Certificate in Intellectual Property and E-Commerce.  In addition to managing the McIlvaine Law Firm, he teaches a graduate course in Media Organizations and Regulations at Webster University.
